Return Policy

At Beinire, each piece of jewelry is carefully and thoughtfully designed and crafted to last; it is our goal that our customers are 100% satisfied with their purchase. If a defective item is received, it may be returned for a full replacement. Defective items must be returned within 21 days, in the original packaging. International orders are non-refundable and all international sales are final.

If you are dissatisfied with your purchase, you have 30 days from the date of receiving your Beinire purchase to return it to us in its original condition and original packaging including the Beinire polishing cloth for an exchange or refund. There is a $35 restocking fee on all returned items. Once received, the item(s) will be inspected to ensure that they are undamaged and unused; a refund less the restocking fee will be issued when the returned item has passed the inspection. Used items, items damaged by the customer, or items not in the original Beinire packaging may not be returned for an exchange or refund.

• A return label can be requested by emailing our customer service department.
• Allow 7-10 business days for your return to arrive at our facility and for inspection. You will be updated via text/email as to the status of your return/refund. 
• Allow 5-10 business days after receipt of a refund confirmation for your refund to reflected in your account.
